The Director of Human Resources will supervise the implementation and direction of an effective human resources program for all employees of the district. Administer all aspects of human resources including: recruitment, staffing, new hire employment requirements, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, leaves, compensation, and workers' compensation and employee relations. Assist with a variety of business office tasks. Bachelor's Degree required.
