    North Montco Technical Career Center is one of the highest performing Vocational-Technical Schools in the Commonwealth serving approximately 1,100 high school students from Methacton, North Penn, Perkiomen Valley, Souderton Area, and Wissahickon School Districts.

    North Montco Technical Career Center is seeking an Administrative Director who is dedicated to leading a premier technical program that meets the needs of all students and prospective employers. The Administrative Director provides leadership for secondary and adult programming and oversight in the development, coordination, and implementation of the Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum and instructional programs.

    The Administrative Director will manage all aspects of the North Montco Technical Career Center including budget, state and federal reports, grant writing and oversight, staff evaluations, program marketing and development, capital projects and facility management. This role has responsibility for the development of a long-range plan that details vision, goals, objectives and strategies with supportive data of employment needs, student and district interests, and necessary fiscal support.
    Qualifications:
    PA CTE Administrative Director Certification. Master's Degree in job related area required, Doctorate preferred. A Minimum of Ten (10) years of career and technical education administrative experience preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of the design and evaluation of curriculum for technical and adult evening education. Considerable knowledge of the Pennsylvania CTE Programs of Study (POS). Ability to apply Data Driven Decision Making and data analysis of evaluation techniques. Ability to analyze CTE performance data and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement program improvement strategies. Ability to demonstrate leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead and direct a technical school team. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school districts, school system staff and students, external agencies, vendors, parents, and the community.

    Salary is based on education and experience.
