South Middleton School District High School Principal Position
The South Middleton School District is seeking candidates with strong leadership and interpersonal skills for our principal position at Boiling Springs High School. Candidates must currently possess a K-12 PA principal certification and have prior administrative experience. Candidate must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills; experience with scheduling, student services, special education, standardized testing, discipline and student activities; thorough knowledge of current best practices in the areas of professional development, technology integration, data analysis, curriculum, instruction and assessment. Expertise in building community relations, providing instructional leadership, and supervision and growth of our professional staff, along with the support of the assistant principal, is necessary for this position. This is a twelve-month position. The salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience, and based on a tier range of $92,000.00 to $124,200.00.
