Chichester School District is located in southeastern Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and is comprised of (4) Elementary Schools, (1) Middle School, and (1) High School, that services over 3,100 local students. Chichester School District is searching to fill the role of Superintendent with a candidate who has demonstrated successful experience in public school district operations, federal/state regulations and budgeting practices, labor relations and curriculum development. The ideal candidate will take a data-informed, progressive leadership approach to build and maintain a thriving community for our students, staff, and families.

Requirements: PA Superintendent Letter of Eligibility (Out of State - Eligible for PA Letter); Doctorate in Education required; Prior experience as a central office administrator, university transcripts; all required clearances and current Act 24; three (3) current letters of recommendation; application, cover letter, and resume.
Compensation: Initial salary will be based on qualifications and prior experience, and the total compensation package will be competitive
